After, I explained that his service provider sprayed all around my bed, and the items underneath my bed, charged me an outrageous price and that they had been running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine for $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I had been billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my workers treated people and provided service how Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services for free and done anything necessary to correct the issue. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
